4-opeH-E-B UIL Scholarship Program-NOW OPEN!
Due: February 2nd, 2024
Amount: $2000, 15 scholarships available (5 each in music, academics, & athletics)
Qualifications: Current Texas high school senior graduation in 2022 with a
minimum 3.3 GPA, have participated in UIL competition (athletics, music, or
academic), and have been active in community service programs or events.
-Online application, community service verification letters, letter of
recommendation, and short essay of 500 words or less.

2022-2023 HSF Scholar (Hispanic Scholarship Fund)-Not open for 2024
Due: February 15, 2022
Amount: Ranges from $500-$5,000 base on relative need
HSF selects approximately 10,000 students as HSF scholars.
Qualifications: Must be of Hispanic Heritage, U.S. Citizen, permanent
legal resisent, or DACA, minimum 3.0 GPA, plan to enroll full time in
public or not-for-profit, 4 year university, submit FAFSA.

Operation Round Up Scholarship-Opens in January
Due: February 15, 2023
Amount: $1000, 20 scholarships available
Qualifications: Entering college freshman who is a member, or is a spouse, child
or stepchild of a member, or child whose guardian is a member of the Cooperative;
or person living in a home where the landlord is a member. Applicants must reside
in the Cooperative service area; participate in Operation Round Up; and attend
a qualifying school. If you are not currently participating in Operation Round Up,
we’ll automatically enroll you when you submit the scholarship application.

- be a person of good character. Per Mrs. Wischer's instructions, preference will be given to "applicants who are Christians and attend church regularly."
- demonstrate academic potential and ability (not merely academic performance)
- demonstrate financial need
- be enrolled in a not-for-profit school. This scholarship is not available to students planning to attend a for-profit university or trade school.
- Trade schools shall only be eligible to the extent the student will receive a degree, certification or designation which will qualify the student for a job in the area of study.
